Performance Review Reports
Open the scored report for a completed performance review and export it to PDF for the personnel record.
A Performance Review Report is the scored, printable record of a single completed performance review. Use it to see how a staff member scored across the review’s rubrics and to produce a signed PDF for the personnel file.
Role: for administrators and reporters. You see reviews for the staff within your organization scope.
Selecting a review
Section titled “Selecting a review”Go to weCLIMB → Observation Reports → Performance Review Reports. A Performance Review Report dialog opens and walks you through two choices:
- User — pick the person from the Select Person dropdown. Only staff who have at least one closed (completed) performance review appear here — the report is built from finished evaluations, not in-progress ones.
- Performance Review — this dropdown fills in once you’ve chosen a person; pick which of that person’s reviews to open.
Then click View Report.
If no staff are assigned to your profile, the dialog says so instead — ask your administrator to assign users to you.
What the report shows
Section titled “What the report shows”Once you open a staff member’s review, the report displays:
- The staff member’s details and the form set the review was conducted with.
- Scoring across each rating scale in that form set — the results calculated from the review’s responses.
Exporting to PDF
Section titled “Exporting to PDF”Use Export to PDF to produce a formal record. Before generating, you can choose:
- Include Rubrics — add the full rubric scoring to the PDF.
- Include Signature — add a signature block, so the document can be signed off as part of a formal evaluation process.
The exported PDF contains the review’s details, the person being reviewed, and — depending on your choices — the rubric results and a signature line.
