The Teacher's "My Coaching" Page

Teachers get a read-only My Coaching page that gives them a clear, encouraging view of their coaching — what they’re working on and how far they’ve come.

The page:

  • Leads with what the teacher is working on now — their active action steps,
  • Quietly lists other active steps,
  • Celebrates completed steps as “Part of how you teach now,” and
  • Keeps deferred and past work tucked into their own sections.
  • The same coaching summary appears as a “Coaching” panel inside the teacher’s observation view. Steps appear there only after the coach has submitted the observation — draft observations are not visible to the teacher.
  • A “My Coaching” entry appears in the sidebar navigation for any teacher with at least one non-archived coaching assignment.

My Coaching shows only the teacher’s own coaching. The action steps, notes, and the coaching conversation are private to the coach and the teacher — administrators see aggregate activity and reporting, never the private contents of a step.
