Coaching Roster & Assignments

A coaching assignment pairs a coach with a teacher they support. Coaches work from a roster; administrators can see assignments across all coaches.

My Roster (coach)

Each coach gets a My Roster dashboard listing the teachers they coach. Every row shows a cadence indicator so it’s clear who needs attention:

• Not started · Overdue · Due soon · On track

Along with the cadence, each row shows last-visit timing, the current cycle stage, the teacher’s school, and a count of active action steps.

Opening a teacher shows their full coaching cycle: active action steps, a timeline of past observations, focus areas, stage, and coach.

All Assignments (administrator)

Organization administrators get an All Assignments view across all coaches, so leadership can see coverage at the program level.

The assignment lifecycle

An assignment can be:

• Paused and later resumed,
• Completed and later reopened, or
• Archived — a soft-delete that removes it from active views while preserving the record.
