Release Notes: By School Renamed to School Activity

Published October 8, 2026

Overview

The By School report is now School Activity. Its cards, filters, table, and export are unchanged. The School Activity and Observer Activity cards on the Observation Reports page also gain short descriptions, as the other report cards already had.

At a glance

• The new name appears on the Observation Reports card, the page title, the breadcrumb, and the How to use this report window.
• The CSV export now downloads as school_activity.csv (previously by_school.csv). The columns are the same.
• New card descriptions on the Observation Reports page:
  • School Activity: “Compare observation coverage by school and identify areas that may need follow-up.”
  • Observer Activity: “View observation activity by observer and track trends over time.”
• The report’s web address is unchanged, so bookmarks and saved links keep working.

Heads-up for support

• “Where did By School go?” It is the same report under a new name: weCLIMB → Observation Reports → School Activity.
• “My export has a different file name.” Exports from this report are now named school_activity.csv. The columns and rows are the same as before.

Turning it on

Nothing to enable. Both reports are available to system administrators and organization administrators on accounts with weCLIMB enabled, under weCLIMB → Observation Reports.
