Two school-level reports, now easier to read and filter
Section titled “Two school-level reports, now easier to read and filter”The By School and Observer Activity reports now work like the rest of your Observation Reports, and both let you pick schools from a searchable list right next to the search box.
Why it helps
Section titled “Why it helps”These two reports used to look and behave differently from every other report, with their own date pickers and filters. Now everything is where you expect it, and narrowing to the schools you oversee takes a few clicks.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- See which schools need attention. By School puts schools with stuck observations at the top, then the schools with the most staff nobody has observed.
- Pick schools from a searchable list. Type part of a school’s name, tick as many as you need, and the table updates as you go.
- Export By School to CSV to share with your leadership team.
- Find observers who haven’t started. In Observer Activity, open Filter and choose Recorded Nothing.
- Read pace without holiday noise. Weeks when almost no one recorded an observation are left out of pace and trend.
Where to find them
Section titled “Where to find them”Go to weCLIMB → Observation Reports, then choose By School or Observer Activity. You’ll need the system administrator or organization administrator role.
