Observation Reports Overview The Observe module provides comprehensive reporting capabilities to help you analyze observation data, track performance trends, and make informed decisions about professional development. Available Report Types Observation Reports Standard observation reports show completed evaluations with scoring data, feedback, and trends over time. These reports help administrators track evaluation progress and identify areas for improvement. Summary Reports Summary reports provide aggregated data across multiple observations, showing patterns in performance ratings, common feedback themes, and evaluation completion rates. User-Specific Reports Individual reports focus on specific teachers or staff members, displaying their observation history, performance trends, and professional growth over time. Organizational Reports These reports show evaluation data across schools or departments, helping district administrators understand performance patterns and resource needs. Report Permissions by Role System Administrator You can access all reports across all organizations with full data visibility and export capabilities. Organization Administrator You can view reports for your assigned organization and any sub-organizations, including all observations conducted within your scope. Reporter You have read-only access to reports within your assigned scope. You can view and export data but cannot modify evaluation records. Observer You can access reports for observations you have conducted, including your own evaluation history and performance data. Observable You can view reports showing your own observation results, feedback received, and performance trends over time. Accessing the Reports Dashboard 1. Click Observe in the main navigation 2.
