The Observe module provides comprehensive reporting capabilities to analyze observation data, track performance trends, and support professional development decisions. Reports are designed to help administrators, coaches, and teachers understand evaluation outcomes and identify areas for growth.
Types of Reports Available
Observation Reports
Track and analyze classroom observations across your organization:
- All Observations - Complete list of observations with filtering options
- Organization Observations - Observations scoped to specific schools or departments
- My Observations - Personal view for observees to see their own observation history
- Peer Observations - For observers to review observations they've conducted
Performance Review Reports
Comprehensive evaluation reporting for formal review processes:
- Performance Reviews - Complete performance evaluation data
- Performance Review Reports - Detailed analysis with scoring and recommendations
- My Performance Reviews - Individual access to personal performance data
Observable User Reports
Track participation and coverage across staff members:
- Observable Totals - Overview of all staff eligible for observation
- Observed Totals - Staff members who have been observed
- Unobserved Totals - Staff members who haven't been observed recently
- All Observable Totals - Combined view of observed and unobserved staff
Summary and Analytics Reports
High-level insights and trend analysis:
- Organization Totals - Observation counts by organization, grade level, or content area
- Observation Answers - Detailed response data from evaluation forms

Accessing the Reports Dashboard
Navigation Options
- From the main navigation menu, click Reports
- Select Observe Reports from the module menu

Report Permissions by User Role
System Administrator
- Access to all reports across all organizations
- Can view data for any user or evaluation
- Full export capabilities
- Administrative oversight of all observation activities
Organization Administrator
- Reports scoped to their assigned organizations and sub-organizations
- Can view all observations within their scope
- Access to staff performance data within their organization
- Export capabilities for their organizational data
Reporter Role
- Read-only access to assigned reporting scope
- Can view observation data but cannot conduct evaluations
- Access to analytics and summary reports
- Export capabilities based on assigned permissions
Observer Role
- Access to observations they have conducted
- Can view peer observation reports
- Limited to their own observation activities
- Cannot access system-wide reporting
Observable Role
- Can view their own observation history
- Access to personal performance review data
- Cannot view other users' evaluation data
- Read-only access to their own reports
Data Filtering and Scope Limitations
Automatic Filtering
