Understanding how to complete courses and earn certificates helps you track your professional development progress and meet training requirements.

Course Completion Requirements

Each course has specific requirements you must meet to earn completion:

Content Requirements

  • View all required sections - Complete all chapters and digital assets
  • Pass assessments - Achieve the minimum passing score on exams
  • Meet time requirements - Spend the required time on video content

Tracking Your Progress

You can monitor your completion status in several ways:

  • Progress bars - Visual indicators show percentage complete
  • Section checkmarks - Completed sections display green checkmarks
  • Dashboard status - Course cards show "In Progress" or "Completed"

Earning Certificates

Certificates are automatically generated when you successfully complete qualifying courses.

Certificate Requirements

To earn a certificate, you must:
