Viewing Your Learning Transcripts
Your learning transcripts provide a comprehensive record of all training you've completed, including courses, assessments, and earned certificates. You can access your transcript information to track your professional development progress and verify completion dates.
Accessing Your Transcripts
You can view your learning transcripts through the Learn module dashboard:
- Navigate to the Learn section from your main menu
- Look for transcript or completion records in your dashboard
- Your completed content will display with completion dates and status
Understanding Transcript Information
Your transcript records include several key pieces of information for each completed item:
Completion Details
- Completion Date: When you finished the training
- Final Score: Your score on assessments (if applicable)
- Status: Pass/Fail for assessments, Complete for other content
- Attempts: Number of times you took an assessment
Content Information
- Course/Assessment Name: The title of the completed training
- Publisher: Organization that created the content
- Content Type: Course, assessment, video, PDF, etc.
- Duration: Time spent or estimated completion time
Certification Status
- Certificate Earned: Whether completion resulted in a certificate
- Certificate Date: When the certificate was issued
- Passing Score: Required score for certificate eligibility
Filtering and Searching Records
You can narrow down your transcript view using available filters:
Search Options
- Name Search: Search by course or assessment title
- Date Range: Filter by completion dates
- Content Type: Filter by courses, assessments, videos, etc.
- Status: Filter by completed, passed, failed items
Sorting Options
- Completion Date: Most recent first or oldest first
- Content Name: Alphabetical order
- Score: Highest to lowest scores
- Content Type: Group by assessment, course, etc.
Viewing Completion Details
For each transcript entry, you can typically access additional details:
- Click on a completed item to view full details
- Review your completion date and final results
- Access certificates if they were earned
- View attempt history for assessments
Certificate-Eligible Completions
Some completions in your transcript may be eligible for certificates:
Requirements Met
Items marked as certificate-eligible indicate you:
- Completed all required sections
- Achieved the minimum passing score (for assessments)
- Met any time or attendance requirements
- Satisfied prerequisite conditions
Certificate Access
When certificates are available:
- They appear linked to the transcript entry
- You can view, download, or print certificates
- Certificate issue dates are recorded
- Multiple certificates may exist for different completions
