Viewing My Transcripts
Your transcript provides a comprehensive record of all completed learning activities, including courses, assessments, and certificates earned in PD Edge.
Accessing My Transcripts
- Navigate to Learn in the main menu
- Click My Transcripts
Your transcript displays all completed learning content in chronological order.
Understanding Transcript Entries
Each transcript entry shows:
- Content Name: The course, assessment, or certificate title
- Content Type: Guided content, assessment, or certificate
- Publisher: Organization that created the content
- Completion Date: When you finished the activity
- Final Score: Your score on assessments (if applicable)
- Status: Pass/Fail for assessments, Complete for courses
- Certificate: Download link if a certificate was earned
Completion Details
Click on any transcript entry to view detailed completion information:
- Attempt History: All attempts with scores and dates
- Time Spent: Total time invested in the content
- Passing Score: Required score for assessments
- Proctor Information: If content was proctored
- Exam Breakdown: Individual exam scores within courses
Filtering Transcripts
Use the filters to focus on specific content:
- Content Type: Show only courses, assessments, or certificates
- Date Range: Filter by completion date
- Publisher: Show content from specific publishers
- Organization: Filter by your organization or child organizations
- Status: Show only passed, failed, or completed items
Sorting Options
Sort your transcript by:
- Completion Date: Most recent first (default)
- Content Name: Alphabetical order
- Publisher: Group by content creator
- Score: Highest scores first
Downloading Certificates
For completed content with certificates:
- Locate the content in your transcript
- Click the Certificate link in the entry
- The certificate opens in a new window
- Use your browser's print function to save as PDF
Certificates show your name, completion date, and any relevant scores or credentials earned.
Exporting Transcript Records
System administrators can export transcript data for reporting purposes. Individual learners cannot export their own transcripts, but can view and print the transcript page using browser functions.
Transcript Accuracy
Your transcript automatically updates when you complete learning activities. If you notice missing or incorrect entries, contact your administrator as transcript records are managed at the organization level.
