Learn Reports Overview
PD Edge's Learn module provides comprehensive reporting to track professional development progress across your organization. You can access detailed analytics on course completions, assessment results, and learner engagement.
Accessing Learn Reports
You can access Learn reports through two main paths:
From the main navigation:
- Click Reports in the main menu
- Select the Learn report category you need
From System Admin (for administrators):
- Navigate to System Admin
- Click Reports
- Choose your desired Learn report
Available Report Categories
Progress Reports
Track learner progress across all professional development activities.
- Enrollment Progress - Monitor how learners are advancing through courses
- User Progress Summary - Individual learner progress overview
- Organization Progress - Progress aggregated by school or district
Assessment Reports
Monitor performance on assessments and evaluations.
- Assessment Results - Detailed exam and quiz performance
- Assessment Progress - Track assessments in progress or failed
- Proctor Certifications - Results from proctored sessions
Completion Reports
Track training completion status and compliance.
- Completion Summary - Overview of course completions
- Transcript Reports - Certificates and completion records

Utilization Reports
Monitor how licenses and assignments are being used.

Role Requirements
Different roles have access to different reporting levels:
- System Administrator - Access to all reports across the tenant
- Organization Administrator - Reports for their assigned organizations
- Reporter - Dedicated reporting access as assigned
- Evaluator/Observer - Reports related to their evaluation activities

- Courses - Traditional professional development courses
- Assessments - Tests and evaluations

Export Options
Many reports offer export functionality:
- CSV Export - For data analysis in Excel or other tools
- PDF Export - For printed reports and formal documentation
- Bulk Export - For large datasets with background processing
You'll receive an email notification when large exports are complete.
Common Report Features
Filtering Options
Most reports include filters for:
- Organization - Limit to specific schools or districts
- Date Range - Focus on specific time periods
- Content Type - Filter by course, assessment, etc.
- Status - Completed, in progress, not started
- User Groups - Specific learner populations
Progress Tracking
Reports commonly show:
- Completion Percentage - How much content has been finished
- Time Spent - Duration of learning activities
- Attempts - Number of tries on assessments
- Scores - Performance on evaluations
Status Indicators
Learn reports use consistent status labels:
- Completed - Finished successfully
- In Progress - Currently working
- Not Started - Not yet begun
- Failed - Did not meet passing requirements
- Overdue - Past required completion date
